The Main hand weapon and Rings are not "?" Mystery items but everything else is (See Photos).

In order to equip the "?" Mystery items you must allow the auto-equip option to put it on for you. You can not directly put them on through the inventory.

Go to options, turn on auto-equip.
Drop the "?" Mystery items on the floor and pick them up while your character is naked.

YOU CAN NOT CHANGE THE TRANSMOG FOR MYSTERY ITEMS AT ALL.
