   1. Transmogrifying modded items are OK, but don't do the 2 things below:
   2. Do not use armory with your modded items (The big closet wardrobe)
   3. Do not use Mass-Salvage when holding modded items in your inventory

  • Once items have been sent or services have started and or completed then there is no way for us to issue refunds as these are intangible goods and services once its been delivered. We can not refund after service has been started or items has been delivered.
