Cheats in this The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Complete Edition NG+ Super Starter Save:
This game save includes a character that is at the maximum level of 100 with all possible 131 skill points unlocked, including 99 points from levels and 30 from Places of Power. The player is only missing 1 skill point from the Golden Egg since they chose the Hen Gaidth armor set instead. The player used an in-game glitch to add more skill points, but they can be reset back to normal at any time using a Potion of Clearance. An extremely high amount of crowns, all mutations unlocked, and all oils, potions, and bombs are maxed out.
The player has a full set of every Grandmaster School armor set in storage, as well as an insane amount of crafting and alchemy ingredients, food, and mutagens, arranged in single alphabetical order stacks. There are also 100 of each color dye and a storage filled with tons of rare and unique items, which may cause lag if collected in bulk. The equipped gear is optimized for a max level character before starting new game plus, and none of it is crafted.
Weapons include a level 99 Hjalmar's Steel Sword with a Preservation Rune and 200% Crit Damage, a level 98 Aerondight Silver Sword with a Severance Rune, and a level 31 Ravix of Fourhorn's crossbow, one of the two crossbows that can be earned during a certain quest. The armor set consists of the highest possible level Hen Gaidth heavy armor with a Levity Rune on the chest treated as Light, and Greater Mending runes on the rest of the armor. The horse is equipped with Caparison of Lament (100 Stamina) Horse Saddle, Knight errant's blinders (60 Horse's Fear Level), and Beauclair saddlebags (110 Max Inventory Weight) chosen as the wish reward from Gaunter O Dimm.
