Replacements for OLD Orders ONLY (up to 120 days old)

This is used to replace lost or damaged items for the more expensive sets so user doesn't have to re-buy the entire expensive set. This may not be effective  for cheaper sets. We understand mistakes happen, we can send free replacements if the error is on our end or if there is a misfortune before 120 days for the SAME items as previously ordered.

The information needed is your Order # and also the item that needs to be replaced.
Can not replace seasonal injection items without re-logging in to your account.
