Cheats in this Super Starter Save:
All characters at Level 19 are only 1 experience point away from reaching Level 20, meaning they only need to gain any amount of experience to hit the maximum level. All weapons, armor, and accessories are stored in separate boxes assigned to each character. Additionally, all characters have mastered their weapon skills and possess 99 Soul Orbs.
Each character also has a small collection of items considered to be essential or highly useful, including the War God Talisman and Hercules Gloves, among other items tailored to their respective gameplay sections. For instance, Kiryu has all the armor, Saejima has all the firearms, Akiyama has all the accessories and gambling cheat items, and Shinada has all the melee weapons. Akiyama is also in possession of all the Silver/Gold/Platinum plates instead of being given maximum money, and the remaining characters can rely on him once their inventories are merged.
To maintain the correct feel of the game, the characters' inventories reflect their financial statuses. Haruka's inventory contains unique items that are exclusive to her character, and it does not merge with Akiyama's despite sharing a section.
